Trouble / Supervision Alarm
A trouble / supervision alarm indicates a possible fault with a detector and usually occurs when the alarm system is switched on. It may also be a system fault i.e. Control panel CPU restarts.
Possible causes:
- Faulty sensor- Faulty system- Motion sensor is being obstructed- Roller shutter / door has been left open- Window has been left open- Communication issue between sensor & system
