Our Alarm Monitoring Centre has Friendly, knowledgeable service personnel ready to help with your Inquiry / Emergency 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We provide monitoring services from the "Basic phone line" (PSTN) Residential alarm system @ $24.20 p/mth (NO CONTRACT). to "Highly Secure GPRS" High Risk alarm systems (24 month contract), now superseeding "Securitel".

The most common form of monitoring is PSTN (standard phoneline) or GSM (mobile phone network). Ethernet monitoring is done by your alarm system communicating to us through your internet connection. GPRS (mobile internet network) is a highly secure transmission pathway to the monitoring centre using surepoll, ideal for clients who have no access to a phoneline, need a secure communication backup to alarm phone line or require a replacement for securitel. These systems also have the ability to poll with our monitoring centre through surpoll managed network every 90 secs or 60 mins.

Videofied is a totally wireless, self powered alarm system that sends video verification with all alarm events to the monitoring centre. By integrating technology that was originally developed for military applications, our monitoring centre now has the ability to verify all alarms. Videofied can operate as a complete stand alone system or as a piggy-back to any existing alarm system. Also of extreme importance is the fact that video verified alarms are treated as a crime-in-progress rather than a general alarm.

We are so confident with our products and installation workmanship we provide a 2 year warranty on both.

Patrols are performed by licensed,uniformed, employees in well signed vehicles. Anything found untoward at your site is reported to you immediately by phone and a report emailed the following day. When a patrol is performed, the officer must log the patrol by waving his logger unit over a RF ID Tag placed on your site. This information is then transmitted instantly to our controlroom, advising your site has received a patrol.

Most clients employ this service because they require a security officer to remain solely on their site for a minimum of 4 hours to protect property from theft and/or vandalism or control access to their site. Some examples would be building sites, car park security or perimeter security. Our guards are professional in their appearance and conduct themselves in a firm but friendly manner to the public. All guards are Licensed employees, covered by Work Cover Queensland. Our Public Liability Insurance is $10 Million. All of our company vehicles fully insured. We are Current Holders of a Queensland Security Firms Licence for all Security Service Types. A copy of this information along with the daily tasks to be performed by security staff will be provided to you before commencing our service. No security provider should be awarded the job unless they are willing to do so.
